Fees & Payment :

Our fees are constantly reviewed to ensure we offer a high quality service that represents good value for money. We are happy to discuss professional fees, cost of medicines, cost of routine flea and worm treatments with relation to specific cases and enquiries.

We ask that all accounts are paid at the time of consultation. All in-patients should have their accounts settled on collection. We accept payment by cash, cheque supported by a current banking card, Visa, Mastercard, Switch and Delta.

If your pet is insured then we ask that the account is settled and then we will assist you in making the claim to the Insurance Company.

We are unable to offer deferred payment or credit terms.
